We worked with Alchemy to develop a capability statement that drew upon Alchemy’s core value of creating buildings with meaning, as well as the principles of the directors – who were focused on creating a business that was different from other builders in a very meaningful way.

The intention for this project was focused on creating a young-feeling, bold document with a focus on people. It involved implementing new branding across the document and creating a Capability Statement that has longevity and impact within the industry.

With people being at the heart of Delaney’s operations, the brand also features a distinctive circular icon, emphasising their connection and collaboration. By highlighting trust, adaptability, initiative and drive within their team, the brand is able to build on strong internal foundations.

The brand’s signature green palette ties Delaney to both its Irish heritage and the natural landscapes they shape. And serves as a nod to their sustainability, long-term thinking, and ability to deliver infrastructure not only fit for today, but designed for the decades ahead.
